Multi-Inventory Management in Orders

The ATUM Multi-Inventory add-on allows you to manage the products with Multi-Inventory records in the WooCommerce Orders.


CHANGE THE MULTI-INVENTORIES USED STOCK QUANTITIES

If you have an Order with products with Multi-Inventory records you can change the inventories used stock quantities easily.

To change the stock quantities:

  1. Change the Order Status to Pending Payment and click the Update button at the top right.

NOTE:When change to Pending Payment status the stock quantities will give back to the product automatically. You can check the stock quantities changes in the Order notes or going to the inventory tab in the product page.

  1. Put the cursor over the Multi-Inventory product row. The Edit Icon will be displayed at the right of the box, click them.

When click the Edit Icon the inventory box values will change to editable inputs, and the Stock Available field will be shown. Also the Add Inventory button and the Delete Icon will be shown.

  1. In each Inventory box select the stock quantity you want to get from each inventory.
  2. Click Save.

  1. Change to the previous Order Status and the new stock quantities will be reduced from the product.
  2. Click the Update Button to update the order.


ADD NEW INVENTORY

If you have an Order with products with Multi-Inventory records you can add new inventories easily.

To add a new inventory:

  1. Change the Order Status to Pending Payment and click the Update button at the top right.

NOTE:When change to Pending Payment status the stock quantities will give back to the product automatically. You can check the stock quantities changes in the Order notes or going to the inventory tab in the product page.

  1. Put the cursor over the Multi-Inventory product row. The Edit Icon will be displayed at the right of the box, click them.

When click the Edit Icon the inventory box values will change to editable inputs, and the Stock Available field will be shown. Also the Add Inventory button and the Delete Icon will be shown.

  1. Click the Add Inventory button.
  2. The Multi-Inventory Management PopUp will open. In the PopUp you will see the available product’s inventories. Then select the inventories you want to add and click the Add button.

  1. Type the quantity you want to add in each inventory and click the Save button.

  1. Change to the previous Order Status and the new stock quantities will be reduced from the product.
  2. Click the Update Button to update the order.


REMOVE AN INVENTORY

If you have an Order with products with Multi-Inventory records you can remove inventories easily.

To remove an inventory:

  1. Change the Order Status to Pending Payment and click the Update button at the top right.

  1. Put the cursor over the Multi-Inventory product row. The Edit Icon will be displayed at the right of the box, click them.

When click the Edit Icon the inventory box values will change to editable inputs, and the Stock Available field will be shown. Also the Add Inventory button and the Delete Icon will be shown.

  1. Click the Delete Icon in each inventory you want to remove.

  1. Click Save.

  1. Change to the previous Order Status and the new stock quantities will be reduced from the product.
  2. Click the Update Button to update the order.


MAKE A REFUND IN MULTI-INVENTORIRES

If you have an Order with products with Multi-Inventory records you can make a refund in multi-inventorieseasily.

To make a refund:

  1. Click the Refund button.

  1. When click the Refund button a new editable inputs will be appear in each inventory.

  1. Type the quantity you want to refund in each inventory and click the Refund Manually button.

The refund will be made in each inventory.
